One number you can look at every day.
A balance is today; net worth is the whole picture. S7 Wealth adds up what you own and what you owe, projects instalments and fixed bills, and shows you next month before it arrives.
“I don’t know” is a first-class state: an asset with no quote is listed apart, with the reason, and never counted as zero.
Money is an integer number of cents from the statement to the total, always beside its currency — never a floating-point number that loses a cent per sum.
The balance is the one the bank declared in the file, not a sum of ours over whatever happened to be imported.
Everything that comes with it
From statement to net worth, no spreadsheet
Four fronts, and each one does the whole job — there is no manual step hidden between them.
The statement becomes a ledger
The file your bank exports goes in; a ledger you can query comes out.
Import the month’s OFX
Drop in the file from your bank or card. A receipt comes back: how many lines the file carried, how many landed, how many were already there, what was spent, what came in and the declared balance.
Reads the OFX banks actually write
Unclosed tags, accents outside UTF-8, a calendar date in the holder’s own offset, an identifier reused across files: the reader was built against real statements, not against the spec.
A purchase abroad costs what it cost
The charge, the tax on it and the credit that refunds that tax all arrive under one identifier. The product understands the roles and nets them — and paying the card bill stays out of spending, because it is a transfer between your own accounts.
Re-importing is free
Each line’s id is a function of the line itself, so uploading the same file again duplicates nothing — and the category you fixed by hand stays exactly where it was.
Accounts the way they really exist
Checking, savings, cash, card, investment, loan, receivable and payable. Immutable currency, reversible archiving, and deletion refused once there is history.
The whole ledger, filterable
A window by month or by period, filtered by account, category, type and text. The description keeps the bank’s raw memo; changing a category or flagging a one-off is one click.
Categorized on its own, your way
Four levels, from the cheapest to the most expensive. A rule of yours is never overruled by a heuristic, and neither of them by a model.
Rules you write
Conditions on description, amount, account and date, with eight operators and a priority. It is the level that decides first, and nothing automatic overrides it.
It learns the merchant
Categorized a supermarket once, by hand or not? The answer is kept in the Space and applies for free on every import after it.
Useful before any setup
Built-in heuristics for the names that dominate a first Brazilian statement: a brand-new Space already classifies without you configuring anything.
AI only on what is left
Whatever the first three levels did not resolve travels to the S7 AI Relay by distinct merchant, in a single request — never per transaction. It cannot invent a category or a merchant, and if it is down the import finishes all the same.
Categories with a tree, an icon and a color
Subcategories, plus an icon and a color from the theme itself. Deleting a category in use is refused: no transaction is left pointing at nothing.
Next month, before it arrives
Four sources added up but reported separately, because they carry very different certainties.
Instalments already committed
“Instalment 4/6” posted in June becomes 5/6 in July and 6/6 in August — and then the plan ends. It is the most valuable thing a Brazilian statement knows about your future.
Fixed bills you declare
Rent, school, gym: amount, day and a monthly, weekly or yearly cadence. A due day of 31 in a 30-day month lands on the last day, never spilling into the next one.
Inferred recurrence, with the confidence in view
Whatever repeats month after month without being declared enters as an inference — and below the minimum confidence it is listed but left out of the total.
Income is projected too
A credit that repeats is projected the same way, so the forecast closes on both sides: what goes out and what comes in.
A budget per month and category
One planned amount per category, with the actual and what is left beside it. When the month blows through the plan, the Space hears about it.
A one-off never becomes a rule
A month with a plane ticket does not predict a plane ticket every month: flagging the transaction as a one-off takes it out of the projection for good.
What all of it is worth today
Accounts, positions and debts in a single currency — and whatever could not be priced, said out loud.
Assets and liabilities in one total
Accounts, positions and debts added up in the Space’s base currency. A debt is a negative balance, not a separate type — the total is a plain sum, with no sign convention to flip by accident.
Multi-currency from the first line
Every account has its own currency and every asset is priced in its own. Conversion uses the rate as of the valuation date, never as of now — adding a stock adds a row, it does not migrate anything.
No quote means “no quote”, not zero
With the price or the rate missing, the item leaves the total and is listed apart with the reason. Silently valuing an unpriced asset looks like a loss — and it is not one.
Stocks, crypto, property, vehicles
Stocks, ETFs, funds, fixed income, crypto, currency, property and vehicles, with genuinely fractional quantities, a quote you provide, and a snapshot of your net worth saved whenever you want one.
The cycle
Four steps, and the month closes
- ImportUpload the month’s OFX file. The receipt says what landed, what was already there and the balance the bank declared.
- CategorizeEvery line goes through the four levels. Fixing a category once teaches the Space forever.
- ForecastInstalments, fixed bills, recurrence and income become the months ahead, each source reported apart.
- ConsolidateAccounts, positions and quotes become a net worth in the Space’s base currency, with whatever could not be priced declared separately.
Two ledgers, never mixed
Anyone with a company lives with two ledgers — the personal one and the company’s — and mixing them is the mistake that only surfaces months later, in front of an accountant. Here they are different Spaces: switching context is switching Space, and no number crosses from one to the other.
Personal Space
- CPF as the Space’s tax identity
- Calendar fiscal year, January to December
- Personal net worth: accounts, investments and debts
Business Space
- CNPJ, legal name and trade name
- Configurable start of the fiscal year
- Company assets and liabilities, apart from your own pocket
Entity type, tax id and base currency are the Space owner’s call: changing them silently reframes every number anyone has already recorded. Type and document have to agree with each other, and the base currency locks as soon as a transaction is stored.
What holds it up
Built for the most sensitive data the platform keeps
One ledger per Space
Finances belong to the Space, not to your account. Sharing with someone is inviting them into the Space; separating is creating another one.
Three levels of permission
A viewer only reads. A member records and imports. Owners and admins own the configuration — accounts, devices and settings decide what every number means. Membership is re-checked on every call, against the local model and not against what the token claimed.
The ledger does not leave
Amounts, the bank’s memo, the merchant and the tax id stay in this product’s own store. What travels between services is shape and counts — never a line of your statement.
Your phone tells you before the statement does
The S7 Workspace Suite forwards your bank notifications (Android, opt-in) as an early, unreconciled sighting. The credential is shown exactly once, the owner revokes it whenever — and the statement stays the source of truth.
The assistant reads, it does not configure
Through the S7 AI Assistant you can ask what went to groceries in July, look at the forecast and fix a category. Creating an account, importing a statement and touching settings stay human work.
The same rule, two doors
The app speaks over a session cookie; integrations and tests speak over a token, with the same rule on the other side. The original OFX file can be kept in S7 Storage.
Portuguese, English and Spanish
Screen, dates and money in your language and your notation. The categories that ship ready follow the language until the day you rename one — from then on the text is yours.
Under construction, and said out loud
What does not exist yet is not shown here as if it did. This is what is being built right now.
- Stock and exchange quotes from an automatic feed — today the price is the one you provide.
- A daily net-worth snapshot without asking — today the snapshot is on demand.
- A business category basket already seeded in a business Space.
- Bank reconciliation over Open Finance, so the statement stops being a file you upload.
- Notification forwarding on iOS — today it is Android only.
